Antoinette Cinderella D’Alessandro (also goes by Toni Cinderella) is an interdisciplinary artist who creates playful dreamscapes that explore her own femininity and spirituality through transient moments in nature. She is also influenced by American folk art, decorative art, and all things wholesome and sweet. Her works are love letters that state her gratefulness while they admire the complex yet simplistic beauty of the natural world around us.
Cinderella received her BFA in Painting at Maine College of Art and Design in 2021 and currently lives and works in New Jersey.
Since graduating, she has collaborated with other artists and companies like Hedi Slimane, artistic director of Celine and traveling circus, Bread and Puppet. In the past, she has shown her work in a number of spaces such as The Living Gallery, Brooklyn, NY, SeeSaw Art, Manchester, NH and The Fish Factory, Creative Center of Stöðvarfjörður, Iceland. Currently she has work in The Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn, NY in their Mystry Mart art installation.
